With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and a strong focus on functional movement Im here to help you reconnect with your body through functional movement and mindfulness. My mission is to get people to change the way they think about their health & fitness. We will start with the body but it is the mind we are really looking to change. I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to forge new and useful habits no matter where we are on our journey. The body wants to move! lets unlock those innate abilities and work towards a happier healthier YOU :)

Personal Training
1 on 1 personal training session with me
Our goal here is to hone in on what your body is telling us and respond. Whether that be time on the bar, time on the mat or time outdoors getting those lungs going. We want you to leave these sessions feeling fulfilled, energised and most importantly more in tune with your body.
Small Group Classes
3-5 people
In these sessions we focus on overall conditioning and cardio utilising a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training. We are hitting all body parts with emphasis on functional bodyweight movements and some weighted movements.
